The person can come to Turkey on tourist/visit visa and can apply for residence permit upon buying property in Turkey. Also, an investor can make a reservation on the property he is interested in and can get an invitation letter by our company. After the investment, we will start the application process, and a residence permit will be obtained. The whole process usually takes up to 1 month.
